Campaign broadcasts
One-shot notifications to a CRM audience that already opted in.
Web Push is not a toggle on chat. Connect it in Setup → Channels, store VAPID keys, then send from Library templates, Growth campaigns, and drip steps. Pricing is a flat platform fee, similar to email — no carrier.
Chat needs the tab open. Push reaches a subscribed browser after they leave. Operators configure it once, then reuse the same templates in broadcasts and drips.
| Question | Web chat | Web Push |
|---|---|---|
| Setup type | Web | Web Push (channel id push) |
| Visitor action | Opens the bubble | Grants notification permission |
| Outbound | Replies in the widget | Library / campaign / drip send |
| Wallet | Agent turns; voice minutes if talking | Platform fee like email |
Setup → Channels → Web Push. Save VAPID credentials. Keep the chat widget installed so visitors can opt in when the channel is live. Preview Organization wallet spend before a blast.
Return-to-site jobs, not a second chat inbox.
One-shot notifications to a CRM audience that already opted in.
Timed nurture that includes a Web Push step next to WhatsApp or email.
Reusable titles and bodies, wallet-priced like other Growth assets.
Clicks and sends log on the customer in the same Project as chat.
Permission, wallet, and what Push is not.
No. Chat is the on-site thread. Push is outbound to a subscribed browser. Both can share a visitor, but they are different Setup channels.
The widget is the usual place visitors grant permission when Web Push is connected. Sends still go through the Web Push channel, not as chat bubbles.
Only for browsers that opted in. SMS is a different channel. Do not treat Push as a phone-number blast.
No. Pricing is a CoPulse platform fee, similar to email. Preview the Organization wallet on pricing.
A click can open a page or continue a conversation. Autonomous or campaign “success” is still sends and engagement — not a booked visit unless your pipeline records one.
Setup → Channels → Web Push, then Library and Growth. Organization and Project scope apply; there is no personal vanished inbox.
