CoPulse applies a markup on vendor or rate-card costs — 1.10× for messaging and telephony, 1.30× for voice AI and LLM usage. Your dashboard shows effective rates in your organization wallet currency.
1.10× (+10%) on WhatsApp rate-card prices, SMS delivery, and Plivo phone costs (number rental, setup, and per-minute calls).
1.30× (+30%) on speech-to-text and text-to-speech provider costs for conversational voice minutes.
1.30× (+30%) on model token costs for production agent turns, Studio, sandbox, and CoPulse Copilot.

STT/TTS provider catalog rates × 1.30× voice AI markup per minute of conversational AI (inbound agents, web voice widget).
$0.0005 CoPulse platform fee per outbound send (wallet currency equivalent). SMTP, Amazon SES, or SendGrid transport may bill separately.
$0.001 platform fee per reply. AI agent replies also include LLM metering (production agent tier below).
Model token cost × 1.30× LLM markup, with a $0.002 minimum per billable turn.

$0.02 per document when indexing completes, after your plan’s fair-usage allowance (Starter 25, Growth 100, Scale 500 indexed documents). Retrieval during agent turns is covered by LLM metering — not charged per query.
These are active product defaults. Operations can override some fees and markups via environment configuration. Exported wallet activity remains the source of truth for historical charges.
