Commercial

Longer cycles: email, calls, accounts, and deals

Office and warehouse deals run a longer cycle on email and calls, with workflow updates to account and deal custom properties. WhatsApp still captures the first ping, but CoPulse should look like accounts and opportunities: custom properties via workflows, RM-led negotiation, and fewer Saturday consumer site-visit tropes.

  • Email + call heavy
  • Accounts and deals
  • Custom properties

Consumer site-visit copy does not close industrial space

BHK and Sunday 10–12 are the wrong objects. Commercial teams need floor plate, power, loading, lease vs sale, and a multi-stakeholder account. CoPulse workflows can set CRM custom properties on accounts and deals when the agent extracts specs. Voice and email carry the middle of the cycle. A launch teaser playbook is optional; a six-week RM sequence is the default. Do not promise adaptive nurture — it is not shipped.

Omnichannel journey

Web RFQ or WhatsApp, qualify specs in chat, email the options pack, phone for the site or Teams walkthrough, workflow on stage change.

  1. Web / WhatsApp Capture specs. Write them to custom properties, not a free-text note only.
  2. Email Options pack. Long cycle. Warmup is not engagement-ordered smart send-time.
  3. Phone RM or voice for logistics of the visit. Training greeting can be corporate.
  4. Inbox Multiple contacts on the account. Handoff with the spec sheet attached in-thread.

How it runs in CoPulse

Light conversation agent for intake. Workflows for CRM custom properties. Campaigns rarely. Autonomous outbound on WhatsApp/email/phone for a named list — sends/reads, not term-sheet signed.

Workflows

Agents → Workflows: on spec captured, set custom properties, create deal, notify RM.

Conversation agent

Intake only. Guardrails: no invented rent comps. Escalate pricing.

Email + voice

The actual sales motion. Inbox keeps them on one account.

Router

By asset class or micro-market so warehouses do not hit the retail leasing agent.

Operator setup

Project with commercial stage names and custom properties defined before the agent goes live.

Setup → Customers (properties) → Pipeline → Channels (email, phone, WhatsApp) → Studio (intake agent) → Workflows. Wallet for email/voice/WhatsApp/SMS.

Specs on the account, not in a WhatsApp dump

A warehouse RFQ should set custom properties: clear height, power, loading, NH access. Agents → Workflows can write those fields onto the account and open a deal, then notify the RM. Email carries the options pack over weeks; that is the motion, not a Sunday consumer visit blitz. WhatsApp remains the doorbell. Voice helps with site logistics. If you run an autonomous list against old RFQs, you are buying sends and reads, not a signed term sheet. Adaptive nurture is not shipped — the RM still owns the sequence.

Define custom properties before go-live or the intake agent will only dump specs into chat. Router by asset class. Multiple contacts on one account is normal — inbox should not split them into three Buyers. Wallet spend is email and voice-heavy. Seat fees would be the wrong shape for a six-person industrial team; CoPulse does not sell that SKU. Keep the qualifier from inventing rent comps; escalate pricing to the RM. Term-sheet negotiation stays human. If the same Organization sells residential, isolate this Project so a 3BHK launch audience never receives a warehouse RFQ follow-up. Gupshup remains the WhatsApp path.

Commercial hops

WhatsApp is the doorbell, not the entire close.

Hop Channel What happens Owner
1 Web / WhatsApp Specs in Intake agent
2 Workflow Custom properties + deal Automation
3 Email Options pack RM
4 Phone Site logistics RM / voice

Jobs are omnichannel. Each link is one URL, not a WhatsApp-only clone.

Frequently asked questions

Accounts, deals, and longer cycles.

Can workflows write custom properties?

Yes. Automation workflows support setting CRM custom properties on accounts and deals.

Is this still Real Estate vertical?

Yes — labels say Buyers & Tenants / Bookings unless you treat the Project as generic. Rename stages regardless.

Launch blasts?

Rare. If used, wallet preview and a tight list.

Autonomous until term sheet?

Not a success metric today. Sends and reads only.

WhatsApp provider?

Gupshup in the live catalog.

Pricing?

Usage. Pricing.

Capture specs, then let the RM work

Wire intake to custom properties and stop running commercial like a 3BHK Sunday blitz. Let workflows notify the RM; keep pricing conversations human.
