Growth drips
Clock-based status. Not smart send-time. Not adaptive.
Loan disbursal is a long close: status nudges so sanction-to-disbursal files do not stall without anyone noticing. This is not the EMI-intro playbook (that belongs on Visited) and not autonomous “until disbursed” — tasks do not take disbursement as success. Email carries attachments; WhatsApp carries short status; voice is for stuck files. Bankers still live outside CoPulse.
If the Booking sat in Booked or Closed, the missing salary slip is invisible. A dedicated column plus Insights-style stall (you can use idle time, not a magic loan KPI) keeps the owner honest. Do not send construction launch creative here. Do not promise CoPulse knows the bank’s LOS. Custom properties can store sanction_date if you created them under Setup → Customers. SMS status is not live.
Three hops, three systems: drip for cadence, conversation for questions, voice when the clock blows.
Drips plus workflows. Conversation agent answers “which slip?”. Autonomous list of “all booked buyers” will annoy people already disbursed unless you segment. Success remains sends/reads.
Clock-based status. Not smart send-time. Not adaptive.
On enter: start drip. On custom property days_stalled: enqueue voice.
Agent Studio greeting for “loan file.” Human if they panic.
SES attachments. See the email overlay — not a first hop for new leads.
Define custom properties for sanction and stall. Wallet funds the nagging.
Setup → Customers → Pipeline + properties → Workflows → Library + SES → Agents → Studio voice → Growth drip. Exclude from launch campaigns.
Booking enters Loan disbursal after KYC. Drip every three days on WhatsApp (template) and a weekly SES recap. Day 11 a workflow starts a Plivo call. Buyer uploads to email; inbox shows the thread on the same contact. RM still phones the banker — CoPulse did not integrate the bank. When disbursed, ops moves to Construction / handover if possession is later, or a done column you named.
Click-path: Booking custom properties; Agents → Workflows; Growth; phone overlay for the stuck call. Guide loan-file-stuck is the how-to; this page is the column. Pricing: every nudge is wallet, not a collections seat license. Do not enrol this audience in a property-launch campaign. Do not treat phone speech as “file complete.” The appointment skill is irrelevant until possession. Library templates cover WhatsApp after the 24-hour window; SES still carries the slips. Organization wallet preview before a thousand-person nag.
Exit is disbursed or a documented bank block, not “they read the template.”
| Stage | Automation | Human | Channel hops | Exit criteria |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Loan disbursal | Status drip, stuck voice | Banker, exceptions | Email + WhatsApp + voice | Disbursed or flagged block |
| Booked | Welcome / KYC | Pack review | WhatsApp + email | File exists |
| Visited | EMI intro | First loan talk | Not this stage | |
| Construction / handover | Milestones | Possession | After money, not instead |
EMI intro is earlier. Status nudges live here.
Bank truth versus CoPulse nudges.
No. Custom properties and buyer messages are your truth. Humans chase bankers.
Cannot use disbursed as success. Segment audiences so you do not nag completed files.
Start the status drip and assign the owner. Agents → Workflows.
Out of band. Do not promise SMS from CoPulse.
More email, more time zones, same column.
Same mechanics, tighter wallet preview before a 2,000-person nag.
