SMS
India DLT and sender ID
Indian SMS requires a registered DLT entity, header (sender ID), and templates. CoPulse sends through MSG91 using those approvals.
In the app: Setup → Channels → SMS
Checklist
- Complete DLT registration for your entity (MSG91 documents the current TRAI process).
- Register a sender ID / header and wait for approval.
- Approve SMS templates against that header.
- Enter the sender ID in the CoPulse SMS channel.
- Send a test to a number you own before a campaign.
