Refresh and re-ingest

Trained sources are a snapshot. After you change a PDF, restyle a help site, or switch embedding models in Settings → AI models, you must refresh or the agent keeps answering from old chunks.

In the app: Setup → Knowledge

When to refresh

  • You replaced or edited a document in the base.
  • The website you crawled published new pages or prices.
  • You changed the project embedding model — existing chunks do not migrate automatically.

How to refresh

  1. Open the knowledge base.
  2. Use refresh / re-ingest on the sources that changed (or re-upload the file).
  3. Confirm wallet balance — re-ingest bills like a new upload.
  4. Wait until status is trained, then ask the agent a question that only the new content can answer.

FAQ

Does CoPulse watch my website forever?

Discovery jobs can find URLs, but trained pages are not a live mirror. Re-run ingest when the source of truth changes.
