Message templates

Create and edit templates on Library → Templates. There is no separate create-only help page. Channel rules differ: WhatsApp needs Meta approval; SMS in India needs DLT; email does not.

In the app: Library → Templates

Create a template

  1. Open Library → Templates and create a template for the channel.
  2. Write the body and insert variables (name, custom properties, and so on).
  3. Submit for approval when the channel requires it. Wait until status is approved before a campaign.
  4. Use the template in Inbox (send template), campaigns, drips, or workflows.
