Customers

Accounts

An account is a company or a solo customer. Contacts belong to accounts. Deals and some custom properties hang off the account.

In the app: Customers → Accounts

Use accounts

CoPulse Customers accounts table with company names, tags, and properties.
Accounts are companies or solo customers. Contacts and deals hang off the account.
  1. Open Customers → Accounts.
  2. Open an account to see contacts, tags, and custom properties.
  3. Edit account properties inline. Definitions come from custom properties.
  4. From Inbox, the context panel can open the linked contact without leaving the thread.
