Setup

Document storage

Storage connectors hold customer uploads and files workflows read or write. Enable S3 or Google Drive, save credentials, then use Call integration in a workflow.

In the app: Setup → Storage

Enable storage

  1. Open Setup → Storage.
  2. Choose a storage connector (S3 or Google Drive) and complete setup.
  3. In a workflow, add Call integration and pick that connector for file actions.
  4. Inbox attachments use the connected storage when you send files on a thread.
