Wallet management

The wallet is organization-scoped. Channel sends, number rental, and knowledge ingest debit it. Campaigns pause if the balance runs out.

In the app: Settings → Wallet

Top up and auto-recharge

Open Settings → Wallet (billing permission required).
Add a billing profile for invoices if you need GST / company details.
Top up. First top-up bonus and promo codes apply when the UI offers them — promo credits cannot buy a phone number.
Optional: enable auto-recharge with a threshold so sends do not stall overnight.

Activity and receipts

Filter wallet activity by date and channel, then download a CSV.
Open or download top-up receipts from the same page.
