Create a knowledge base

Each base is a bucket of trained sources. Agents can attach one or more bases.

In the app: Setup → Knowledge

Create

Open Setup → Knowledge.
Click create, name the base, and save.
Open the base and go to Add sources.
Do not attach it to an agent until at least one source is trained.
