Add sources
Sources ingest in the background and debit the wallet. Untrained items stay on the Untrained tab until ingest finishes.
In the app: Setup → Knowledge
What you can add
- Files — PDFs and other supported documents from your computer.
- URLs — a single page you want retrieved verbatim.
- Website — enter a site, discover pages, then pick which URLs to ingest.
Add content
- Open the knowledge base.
- Upload files or add URLs / start website discovery.
- Wait until items move from Untrained to Trained.
- If ingest fails, check wallet balance and file type, then retry.
